Malte Dammann brings 20+ years of international commercial leadership across some of the world’s most competitive food and CPG organizations, and a track record of turning ambitious growth strategies into results on the ground.

Malte spent the last eight years in global management positions leading confectionery companies across Europe. Earlier in his career, he held General Manager and Managing Director roles across Mars Inc., including the Nordics, Portugal, and Developing Markets cluster, and built the international export business for Anheuser-Busch InBev out of Argentina.

A multicultural, people-centric leader known as a hands-on transformer and international brand builder, Malte inspires diverse teams to perform at their best — and is convinced the snacking category’s next chapter belongs to brands built on “true protein” that move as fast as the consumer does.
